In total, we currently support 67 girls at Luyando. 9 of them are young mothers between the ages of 15 to 20. These girls face individual challenges as they navigate both - motherhood and school. They often struggle with limited resources and missing support, along with the challenge to get back to school and focus on their education. Through our project we are able to provide consistent monthly support, that covers the basic hygienic needs they have.

Each young mother receives essential items such as washing powder, baby wipes, baby vaseline, and baby soap. In addition, they receive basic hygiene products for themselves, such as sanitary pads and soap. Furthermore they get the needed support to return to school.
